2.1 Product Descriptions
We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, prices and details are accurate. However, small variations may occur.
2.2 Product Suitability
It is your responsibility to ensure products are suitable for your professional use. Results such as lash retention may vary depending on application technique, environment and aftercare.
2.3 Allergies
We recommend patch testing your clients prior to treatment. The Lash Office is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities.
3. Returns & Refunds
3.1 No Returns Unless Faulty
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is faulty.
3.2 Faulty Products
If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe at thelashoffice@yahoo.com or via our website contact form. We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue.
If a product is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer a replacement or refund.
4. Training Courses
4.1 Payment
Full payment is required to enrol in any training course.
4.2 Refund Policy

You may receive a refund if you cancel within 2 weeks of your scheduled training date.

Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the training date are non-refundable.

If you fail to attend your training session without notice, no refund will be issued.
4.3 Rescheduling
You are allowed to reschedule your training date. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a new date.
4.4 Course Requirements
Some advanced courses may require a completed classic lash qualification. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet the required criteria before booking.
4.5 Behaviour & Conduct
The Lash Office reserves the right to refuse training to anyone who behaves in a rude, aggressive, inappropriate or disruptive manner.
If you are asked to leave due to misconduct, you will not receive a refund.
4.6 Course Outcomes
We do not guarantee future income following completion of a course. Your progress depends on your individual practice and technique.
5. Payments
We accept payment through:

When using Klarna or Clearpay, you enter a contract directly with that payment provider.
The Lash Office is not responsible for approval decisions, payment schedules, missed payments, or credit agreements made through Klarna or Clearpay.
6. Shipping
6.1 UK Only
We currently ship within the UK only.
6.2 Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on the courier and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
6.3 Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery passes to them.
The Lash Office is not liable for delays, loss, damage, or failed delivery caused by the courier.
If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the courier directly with your tracking information.
