For hygiene reasons we DO NOT offer refunds/exchanges on items that are unwanted or if you have changed your mind. If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty we will of exchange or refund this for you (subject to our policy).You must notify us by email of any damaged or faulty items received within 7 days. 

Please note; Our lashes are individually handmade, this means each one can be slightly different. This is not a fault but part of the unique lash designs of individual hair by our supplier.However, each item is individually checked before shipment.

All returns require a receipt or proof of purchase. If this is not provided then we will not be able to go ahead with the return.
